REFUND POLICY

**Due to Covid-19 NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY. HOWEVER WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE SO WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAIL BACK IN YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE A CREDIT. 

 

**If your item was received damaged please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item at support@bubblesvault.com with pictures for a replacement item that is OF equal value. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

** Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged or altered. Merchandize must still have tags attached. 

** The customer is responsible for the shipping fee and we do require tracking information as we can be sure we receive your return so that we can process the store credit accordingly.
